No magic - just our painstaking joint work on the site

To sell a unique product, it’s crucial to show users why it deserves attention and what makes it special. On marketplaces and multi-product sites where items follow a uniform template, this is nearly impossible. Communicating the value of your product, sharing brand history, and explaining the production process requires a dedicated website.
For the Flakes inactive yeast brand, the Sprava Agency team developed both a fast landing page and a full-featured multi-page website. Here’s how we collaborated with the client and the results we achieved.
About the Client and Project
Flakes offers inactive yeast flakes rich in protein, fiber, and B vitamins. This superfood comes in various flavors and can be added to soups, side dishes, and salads. It’s also vegan-friendly. The brand belongs to Enzym Company, a well-known yeast manufacturer based in Lviv, Ukraine. Their products are sold nationwide, including in major retail chains like Silpo and online marketplaces such as Rozetka and Maudau, and exported to over 20 countries worldwide.
Client Challenges and Expectations
When the company launched this new product, sales were handled through their existing website and marketplaces like Rozetka. These platforms have limited branding and marketing capabilities and often fail to highlight a product’s uniqueness. The client requested a dedicated website built on OpenCart.
Project Approach
The key point of discussion with the client was their insistence on using OpenCart. Meanwhile, our team believed that our custom CMS would better meet the project’s speed and flexibility requirements. We reached a consensus through a two-stage solution.
Understanding the client’s need to launch advertising quickly while also getting a full-featured website on their preferred platform, we proposed:
- Landing Page. In collaboration with the client’s marketer and designer, we rapidly developed and launched a landing page on our custom Sprava CMS. This allowed immediate redirection of advertising traffic to the site and enabled order collection.
- Full E-Commerce Website. The OpenCart site involved a complete development cycle — from custom design and layout to configuring all essential modules (catalog, shopping cart, payment system integrations, and shipping services).
As the project progressed, the client discovered new possibilities and continuously added tasks that weren’t part of the original plan. To maintain project manageability and transparency, we documented every new task, estimated time and cost, and implemented it only after aligning all details with the client.
Results Achieved
Over eight months, our team launched the landing page, enabling immediate sales of the new product. We also delivered the main website, which provides detailed information about the superfood, its ingredients, and benefits. The site structure includes:
- product catalog;
- recipes;
- blog (currently under development).
Customers can now place orders directly on the main site.
The project is ongoing. We continuously explore ways to enhance the website, analyzing user feedback and implementing solutions that make the platform even more user-friendly and appealing.
