No magic - just our painstaking joint work on the site

For companies selling products under multiple brands and needing to launch several websites, redesigning and adapting an existing platform for new products can be a smart, cost-effective solution. This was exactly the approach taken by Sprava Agency when developing a website for the Pervak brand of yeasts and infusion kits. By cloning and adapting the existing flakes.ua platform (owned by PJSC Enzyme Company), the team managed to launch the new site extremely quickly — without investing additional time and resources into building a web project from scratch.
In this case study, we’ll share what «website cloning» really means, how we implemented the strategy, what challenges we faced, and what results we achieved through collaboration with the client.
«Pervak»: Turbo Yeast and Spice Kits by Enzyme Company
PJSC Enzyme Company is one of the largest yeast product manufacturers in Ukraine, headquartered and operating in Lviv. Its products are distributed nationwide and include well-known Lvivski Drizhdzhi (Lviv Yeast), the Flakes superfood (yeast flakes), baking and confectionery mixes, and Vitapan improvers.
Pervak is a new direction targeting both the B2C and HoReCa segments. Under this brand, the company produces yeast for making alcoholic beverages and spice blends for home whiskey, rum, and other infused spirits.
Project Goals and Objectives
After successfully launching flakes.ua, the client decided to provide a dedicated website for another product line — turbo yeasts and spice kits under the Pervak brand.
The main objective was to create a website similar to flakes.ua but customized for Pervak — a branded digital platform to support content marketing. The key challenge was to launch it as quickly and efficiently as possible, minimizing costs while maintaining high quality and brand consistency.
Our internal goal was clear: «Fast brand launch through cloning and adaptation.» Instead of starting from scratch, we proposed to leverage a proven foundation. We created a full technical clone of flakes.ua, updated the design and content, and built a blog section for recipes and educational articles.
Development Process and Key Challenges
- Platform Cloning. We built a full technical copy of flakes.ua, which ran on our optimized OpenCart framework. This approach allowed us to skip the full development cycle and immediately obtain a ready-to-use, high-performance website.
- Adaptation and Rebranding. Our designers worked closely with the client’s team to completely refresh the visual identity. We replaced all design elements, color palettes, and fonts — ensuring that the new website fully reflected the Pervak brand’s unique style and identity.
- Content Migration and Refill. We cleared the database of all Flakes content and populated the new site with Pervak’s product line — yeasts, spices, product descriptions, and articles.
- Blog Integration and Content Marketing. Since the client planned to actively develop content marketing, we gave special attention to the Blog section. It was adapted for easy publication of educational materials and recipes for preparing strong drinks. Recipe content was placed in a dedicated sub-section for better navigation and user experience.
Choosing a cloning and adaptation strategy always carries the risk of creating a «twin site.» To avoid this, we focused on giving pervak.com.ua a unique personality and visual presence despite the identical technical structure.
For example, the product card layout used for Flakes didn’t fit the specific needs of yeast and spice kits, where product properties and preparation instructions differ. We revised the product description logic accordingly, while maintaining a consistent overall structure.
In short, this project went far beyond simply changing a logo and colors. The Sprava Agency team thoroughly refined the design system, banners, icons, and styles — achieving a site that feels completely independent from its predecessor.
Results and Outcomes
The entire project took just one month. Using a proven technical foundation, the client received a fully branded, functional website for a new product line — delivered on time and within budget. This fast turnaround allowed Pervak to immediately begin marketing and promotional activities without delay.
The Pervak website case clearly demonstrates how effective the cloning and adaptation strategy can be. Leveraging a stable, existing technical base from flakes.ua helped reduce development time to a minimum while preserving quality and ensuring a fully unique visual identity and content experience.
