Introduction: The customer contacted us to increase the number of requests from the site. He also understands that the site needs to be improved.

  1. Work period: May 2019 - until today
  2. Start of work data:

CMS of the site and its technical condition: the site was located on the Wordpress administrative panel, the developer independently carried out basic promotion work, but the site did not have the necessary functionality for further full-fledged work.

Landing pages: the structure of the site included the main page, about us and numbers.

Promotion language: Ukrainian.

Promotion region: Skhodnitsa, Ukraine.

Positions: in May 2019, according to the results of checking 3% of queries in the TOP 10 in Google - all by hotel name.

  • visitors by month: 672, 47% of users are clicks on contextual advertising, 24% (162 clicks) from organic and 15% of the social network, the rest - by domain:
  • bounce rate according to Google Analytics was 23.67%;
  1. What actions have been taken (list)

Engineering works:

  • Usability checklists revisions;
  • site improvements what based on the analysis of user demeanor;
  • new site developed.

SEO work:

  • New semantic core development;
  • Search queries clustering;
  • > 20 pages were created and filled with content;
  • a new direction for treatment was added at the promotion; 
  • internal optimization of the site: meta-tags and headings were added, texts and inner links were optimized, 3XX, 4XX, 5XX errors and duplicates were fixed.

Additionally:

  • contextual advertising enabled 
  • advertising in social networks is connected (the customer conducts it independently) 
  • 20 requests were added by year on average (new and expansion of current clusters); 
  • the site is being improved on usability every 3 months (sometimes more often)

  • The number of users per month is 3042, of which 66% of traffic is from search engines:

  • Bounces: Decreased by 22.96 to 0.71%
  • Positions achieved: 43% of queries in the TOP 10, in the organic search results for the main queries “boutique hotel in the Carpathians” - top 2,
  • on search quest “repair with children in the skhidnitsa” - TOP 1
  • n search quest “Hotel in Skhidnitsa” - 14th place. At the same time, large catalogs booking.com, shidnitca.com, hotels24.ua, etc. comes up the first page in organic search results. And only 1 site of a hotel spa complex with many spa services and treatments above us. Also poezia.com.ua is in the lead among other large competing hotel complexes.

In 2020, quarantine had a great impact on the tourism industry, and despite the fact that online competition has only grown, we maintain high positions for sites, do everything to grow further and give our customers the opportunity to restore their business.
