No magic - just our painstaking joint work on the site

At Sprava Agency, we use cutting-edge technologies in our web development and promotion services to deliver complex and unconventional solutions. When updating the online platform for Ukraine’s leading underground music awards, our top priority was ensuring fair voting and the legitimacy of every vote. Here’s how we achieved that goal.
Jager Music Awards: A Platform for Ukraine’s Independent Music Scene
The Jager Music Awards is an annual prize that honors the top musical artists and creative projects in underground genres. Founded by the Jägermeister brand, this national initiative is a major platform for recognizing and promoting niche but influential music culture across Ukraine.
Key Objectives of the Collaboration
For the past three years, we’ve been responsible for the web development, design updates, and functionality of the online platform. This year, the main challenge was implementing a reliable user verification system to prevent the kind of vote manipulation observed in previous years.
In addition, the client tasked us with updating the platform’s design based on provided layouts, expanding its functionality, and ensuring stable performance before, during, and after the awards ceremony.
What We Delivered — And the Results
As part of the project, the Sprava Agency team accomplished the following:
- Implemented a secure authentication system using the “Diia.Signature” electronic ID platform. While last year’s platform saw 15,000-20,000 users — many of whom likely engaged in vote inflation — this year’s system registered around 10,000 unique, verified Ukrainian citizens during the voting period (February–March). Thanks to mandatory verification, there were no cases of mass or automated vote manipulation, resulting in a more objective outcome.
- Integrated a fresh design developed by Underdog Agency.
- Embedded two online music players, allowing users to stream music from nominees directly on the website. This greatly enhanced user engagement and made the platform more accessible.
- Built a custom data management and monitoring system to handle information about nominees and voting results. This streamlined organizational workflows and improved platform efficiency.
Active collaboration began in October. The website’s relaunch preparations continued through early February, culminating in the official launch of the updated platform. Voting and award activities ran through the end of March, during which we provided full support and maintenance.
