No magic - just our painstaking joint work on the site
SEO is one of the most effective channels for promoting services in a specialized B2B niche, allowing you to attract clients through Google search without ad spending. However, top spots in search results are typically reserved for sites with strong behavioural factors and a high reputation.
Considering the unique aspects of this project, the high transaction values, and the country’s current state of war, increasing traffic to the real estate agency’s website in the agricultural sector required significant effort from the Sprava Agency team. However, within less than a year, the client began receiving their first conversions — a promising result. Here’s how we made it happen.
Getting to Know the Real Estate Agency Project in the Agricultural Sector
LARGOS is the first agency in Ukraine specializing in agricultural real estate.
The company provides professional assistance with buying, selling, and leasing agricultural businesses, farms, grain elevators, oil processing facilities, and farmland. The agency’s specialists also offer legal support for transactions and a wide range of audit, accounting, and land management services.
The company has offices in Odesa, and its website serves as a platform where potential buyers can search for desired properties, and sellers can post their listings.
Key Objectives: Promoting a Real Estate Agency in the Agriculture
The client created the website at the end of 2021 and hired us to handle its SEO promotion. With the start of the full-scale war, work was paused but resumed in November 2023. Our promotional goal was initially to attract property and industrial asset sellers within the agricultural sector to the site and, over time, bring in buyers as well.
Initial Situation and Key Actions for Promoting a Real Estate Agency in Agriculture
Initially, the site lacked pages dedicated to different property types. We designed a layout, began adding text to each section, and included a dedicated block for different real estate categories.
