Successfully promoting services online requires significant effort and experimenting across various channels. Our client decided to attract customers through targeted ads on Facebook and Instagram. The campaigns didn’t meet expectations right away, but a well-planned adjustment to the strategy eventually delivered the desired results. Here’s a look at how we approached the project and the actions that made a substantial impact.

Brief Overview of the Client

Infomir Ltd., our partner for over two years, provides households and businesses in Odessa with the following services:

  • Access to high-speed internet (GPON, FTTV, and PoE);
  • IP-TV connection.

The provider ensures a stable connection, even during power outages. Prices vary based on the selected package.

Marketing Goals and Objectives

Previously, Sprava Agency specialists promoted the client’s services through Google Ads. This time, the client wanted to test social media targeted advertising. The goal was to attract new customers at a lower cost compared to search engine ads.

The owner attempted to create an Instagram page independently, but it faced constant blocks. We proposed setting up a new page, developing a content plan, creating visuals, and launching targeted ads.

What Was Done as Part of the Collaboration

We began working on promoting the provider’s services on social media in March 2024. Our first steps included conducting a detailed audit and implementing a social media content plan.

Initially, we launched ads on Facebook, leading to a lead form. However, due to the inability to limit geographic targeting, we received numerous irrelevant leads from other regions. Therefore, we decided to redirect traffic to the homepage. After launching ad groups with new banners, the ads performed better, attracting visitors to the site, increasing CTR, but without generating leads.

Promotion Results

In August, we tested an Instagram ad campaign. We observed that the updated landing page positively impacted results, so we decided to replicate the strategy on Facebook. This platform’s campaign settings allowed us to expand the audience, increase daily reach, and receive more inquiries at a lower cost. With our established audiences and effective offers, we anticipate even greater results in a relatively short time.

Looking at the September 2024 results, we saw an increase in CTR (click-through rate) and a decrease in CPM (cost per thousand impressions), making inquiries more affordable.
