The International Institute of Studies and Cooperation (IISC) offers both online and offline German language courses from A1 to C1 levels. With branches in Berlin and Braunschweig, they’ve been in the game since 2016 and became a certified TELC examination center in 2019. IISC also provides professional consultations, tutoring services, and prep courses for foreign students aiming to enter colleges.

With a team of over 15 staff members, including managers and certified teachers with more than a decade of experience, IISC has taught 1,200 students. Impressively, 95% of their students pass their exams.

Start of SEO promotion for the language services website

Before working with us, IISC relied on word-of-mouth, contextual advertising, and social media marketing (SMM) to attract clients. Their new goal was to broaden their target audience and increase the number of online orders.

Sprava Agency proposed focusing on SEO. Our strategy highlighted two main areas:
  • Exams for confirming knowledge levels (TELC certificate for college admission and employment);
  • Online and offline German language courses (A1 to C1 levels).

We also decided to enhance the website with elements that build trust with prospective students.

Actions Taken for Language Services Website Promotion

Our SEO promotion of the language school efforts included:
  • diving deep into the niche, studying the target audience and competitors;
  • conducting a thorough website audit to identify strengths and weaknesses;
  • collecting a semantic core covering the company’s main activities;
  • optimizing existing pages with additional text and new sections;
  • fixing technical errors that hindered Google promotion;
  • adding new landing pages;
  • improving usability by adding blocks highlighting advantages, certificates, teacher info, student photos, and educational events.

Our team also focused on link building and launched a blog with useful info for those learning German and prepping for the TELC test.
