Located in Odesa, the center offers services such as:
- physical and neurorehabilitation after injuries, surgeries, strokes, heart attacks, bulimia, and anorexia;
- occupational therapy;
- speech and language therapy;
- care for seriously ill and elderly patients, including those with cancer.
Their programs include inpatient, outpatient, and home-based services, catering to patients from Odesa, Mykolaiv, and Kherson regions.
Advertising Goals
The client aimed to increase website inquiries and build brand recognition in Odesa. Our mission was to boost overall lead volume through Google Ads, complementing existing SEO and targeted advertising efforts.
Our Strategy and Actions
Working with the client since November 2023, we tested ads for core and additional services during spring and summer 2024.
We refined our approach, eliminating underperforming campaigns and focusing on high-efficiency directions.
- Campaign Segmentation: We split the key search campaign into two segments based on top-performing groups, reducing cost-per-conversion and optimizing overall expenses.
- Performance Max Campaigns: Using AI-powered Performance Max campaigns, we expanded reach across multiple platforms, attracting new audience segments while maintaining cost-efficiency.
- Semantic Core Optimization: We resolved issues with irrelevant search queries by refining the keyword set to match actual user intent, leading to more effective ad spending.
- Geotargeting Expansion: When traffic plateaued, we expanded geotargeting to the neighboring Mykolaiv region, increasing reach and attracting additional qualified traffic.
Results of Google Ads Promotion
The most significant increase occurred between June and October 2024, shortly after implementing key campaign changes.
