No magic - just our painstaking joint work on the site
A website for a manufacturing plant that has been operating in the Ukrainian market for decades and exporting products internationally must reflect the status of an industrial leader. It is more than just a corporate website – it is a powerful business tool designed to support B2B relationships and showcase manufacturing capabilities. For ITAK, the website needed to become a digital representation of the company’s true scale: advanced production lines, a full-cycle packaging manufacturing process, and the level of partnership expected by major Ukrainian and European clients.
The Sprava Agency team developed a modern corporate website that highlights the company’s technological capabilities, builds trust among business partners, and strengthens its brand image. In this case study, we explain how we transformed an outdated website into a fast, well-structured B2B portal.

Why the Client Decided to Redesign the Website and What We Proposed
The previous website suffered from slow performance, an outdated design, and an inability to reflect the true scale of the company’s manufacturing capabilities. It had ceased to function as an effective tool for attracting new partners, particularly European businesses, for whom digital presence and website speed are key indicators of reliability.
The main challenge was the disconnect between the company’s actual industrial scale and its digital representation – a natural consequence of outdated technologies.
Their key expectations included:
- strong visual aesthetics;
- a clear presentation of services and technologies;
- high performance and fast loading speeds;
- a structure suitable for future SEO growth.
We proposed building a modern media-rich corporate website on WordPress. The project included a custom design, realistic product visualizations, a flexible content management system, and full technical preparation for SEO.
How We Approached the Project and Overcame Key Challenges
- Design That Highlights Industrial Scale. We created a clean and professional interface with a strong emphasis on the company’s scale and credibility through key figures, facility size, certifications, and production capabilities.
- Product Visualization. We designed custom mockups for multiple packaging categories to demonstrate how finished packaging solutions would appear in real-world applications.
- WordPress Development with ACF. We intentionally avoided heavy visual page builders and instead developed the website using clean code and Advanced Custom Fields (ACF).
- create a user-friendly administrative panel for the client;
- maintain a lightweight, high-performance frontend;
- provide maximum flexibility for future content management.
- Performance Optimization. We completed a comprehensive optimization process that included:
- caching configuration;
- image optimization;
- code optimization.
The most difficult aspect of the project was organizing a large volume of highly technical manufacturing information.
We needed to explain complex processes – such as solvent-based lamination and ink preparation stations – in a way that was easy for visitors to understand without sacrificing technical credibility.
To achieve this, we adopted a step-by-step visualization approach. The manufacturing process was divided into nine clearly defined stages, each supported by custom icons and concise descriptions.
This transformed a highly technical page into an engaging virtual tour of the manufacturing facility for potential customers.
Results Achieved
ITAK received a website that confidently represents the company to both Ukrainian and international partners.
Key strengths of the project include:
- a detailed presentation of the complete manufacturing cycle;
- a series of custom packaging mockups that clearly demonstrate print quality and packaging options;
- a logical content architecture built with ACF, where each technology (Rotogravure, Flexo, Cold Seal) and product category has its own dedicated place.
Thanks to extensive optimization, the website loads almost instantly, which is critical for retaining corporate users and decision-makers.
The website’s technical foundation is fully prepared for active search engine promotion and long-term SEO growth.
