No magic - just our painstaking joint work on the site

Large online stores have thousands of pages, which means even small technical issues can significantly affect indexing, search visibility and organic traffic volume. This matters even more for seasonal businesses, since the site needs to be fully ready before demand peaks in order to capture maximum revenue.
The Sprava Agency team's work on improving Florium's rankings in organic Google search started with technical fixes. Resolving critical issues before expanding the keyword set, optimizing commercial pages, or developing content helped boost the site's visibility in search results.
About the client and the partnership's main goals
Florium is an online store selling fruit trees, ornamental plants and gardening supplies. The company offers a wide range of planting material, including saplings, plant seeds and flower bulbs, along with fertilizers, growing substrates and garden tools. Florium ships to every region of Ukraine through postal delivery services.
We defined the project's core business goal as increasing seasonal sales and beating the previous year's results for the same period, driven by growth in organic traffic and improved site visibility. The priority within the first 2 to 3 months was fixing the critical technical issues holding back organic rankings and hurting the site's indexing.
After that, the plan was to optimize page load speed and Core Web Vitals, both of which affect user experience, conversion and SEO performance. Only once that work was done did we plan to move on to keyword strategy and content optimization.
What we did, and the challenges we ran into
The initial technical optimization covered:
- a full technical audit of the site and fixes for systemic issues affecting SEO;
- identifying why pages weren't being indexed in Google Search Console and resolving those causes;
- fixing structured data (Schema.org) errors;
- optimizing server responses for deleted pages;
- identifying and prioritizing the pages with the greatest potential for driving organic traffic and sales;
- putting together recommendations for optimizing site structure, navigation and internal linking;
- optimizing page load speed and improving Core Web Vitals.
Some challenges came from the store's Magento CMS. The platform has a complex architecture with a large number of interconnected modules, which meant even small changes could affect thousands of pages at once. Because of this, most SEO fixes required custom development work and thorough testing beforehand.
So the first few months of work centered on building a stable technical foundation, without which achieving meaningful growth in seasonal organic traffic and sales would have been almost impossible.
The results achieved
Thanks to the technical optimization, a number of pages that had been sitting on Google's second page, or near the bottom of the first, moved up to significantly higher positions. The ranking trends across individual categories illustrate the impact of this work clearly.
As of early July 2026, 88% of the tracked keywords were ranking in the top 10, with an average position of 4.6, pointing to strong search visibility. The fluctuations in rankings are minor and fall within the normal range of search result variation.
